Lumière, which derives from the French word “light” or “luminescence”, is precisely what is conveyed in the concept of this residence at 11 Rupniecibas Street in the historical centre and Riga’s most prestigious district. The elegant and bright Residence Lumière consists of: spacious apartments with high ceilings characteristic of Jugendstil, large windows and lovely balconies, gorgeous two-storey penthouses with sun tubes, a magnificent staircase with a glass dome and elegant panoramic lift. The façade is richly illuminated and the concierge greets residents with a warm smile.
Lumiere Residence is more than just a house. Built in 1910 upon the project of famous German master Artur Moedlinger, this Jugendstil building today is a monument of global importance and together with historical part of Riga’s centre it is included into the UNESCO World Heritage List. In 2013, this unique sample of Jugendstil architecture was reborn – the renovation allowed to preserve its historical charm as well as to provide comfort to its residents by means of modern technologies.
In Lumiere Residence we set up 24 spacious and light-filled premium class apartments and at the very top of the building there are 6 two-storey penthouses with huge panoramic windows. At the underground level there is a garage and storage premises connected with residential floors with lift for convenience.
