The purpose of marketing activities and services is to improve the recognisability of a particular real estate or project and promote its sales volume. Prior to planning and implementing real estate marketing activities, ARCO REAL ESTATE's Marketing and Public Relations Department develops a communication strategy using various integrated marketing communication methods such as publicity and PR, advertising, personal sales, direct marketing and sales promotion.
In addition to modern communication channels, ARCO REAL ESTATE also reaches its target audience through traditional outdoor advertising. Company research has shown that this is one of the most effective methods of addressing the audience and this has therefore become an integral part of the communication tactics implemented. Outdoor advertising at the sites is placed upon the prior agreement of the marketing team of the company with the owner. Also all the necessary documentation for obtaining the advertising permit from the building authority or other authorities is prepared.
Outdoor advertising is placed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia:

- Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 732 (advertising in public places);
- Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 500 (general building regulations);
- Riga City Council Binding Regulations No. 77 (advertising placement in Riga);
- Jūrmala City Council Binding Regulations No. 49 (advertising placement in Jūrmala);
- Jūrmala City Council Binding Regulations No. 20 (advertising costs in Jūrmala);
- other laws and regulations.
Regular promotion of objects is complemented by one of the most effective selling methods, namely open-door days. Within the framework of such events, interested persons are offered the opportunity to acquaint themselves personally with the object, its advantages, to receive detailed information about the technical specification of the project, as well as to consult with invited representatives of credit institutions regarding the conditions of purchasing real estate.
During the sale of real estate, special attention is paid to public relations. The main tools in the field of real estate are: press releases, analytical and educational articles, expert opinions, valuations and comments, infographics, web portals, etc. The company's long-term co-operation with editors of leading Latvian and foreign newspapers and magazines and managers of web portals interested in real estate market innovations, ensures constant publicity in Latvia and abroad.
