We and our employees, real estate agents, appraisers, assistants, suppliers and other financially interested parties or beneficiaries attach great importance to data privacy.
1. Information for our clients - natural persons who receive real estate brokerage services from us
The company processes your personal data for the purpose of concluding with you and performing a brokerage contract. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, points (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The legitimate interest of the Company is to properly fulfil the obligations of such an agreement. The company is a data controller for the processing of this data.
Your personal data processing is required for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. If you do not submit personal data, the Company may have difficulty concluding or performing an agreement.
Your personal data may be transferred to Company employees, real estate agents and service providers, such as legal, accounting or IT service providers.
To request access, corrections, data deletion, processing limitation, or to address other data processing issues, contact us by writing to our registered address. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
Your personal data will be stored until the completion of the brokerage agreement as well as within the statutory limitation period. In the event of legal proceedings, the data will be stored until the end of such proceedings. If the storage of personal data is required by law, the Company will comply with the requirements of the law.
As regards the provision of information on a matter or request, and on the services provided by the Company, your personal data will be processed on the basis of consent, and your consent and submission of personal data will be voluntary. If you do not submit them, we will not contact you, also in order to inform you about the services provided by the Company.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this will not affect the legality of the processing of personal data performed before the withdrawal of such consent. If you have provided the consent as mentioned above, your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent. If you will withdraw your consent, we will no longer contact you to inform you about the services provided by the Company.
2. Information for our clients - legal persons who receive real estate brokerage services from us
To receive services from us, you submit information about your representative and your contact persons. Please inform these persons about the fact that their personal data is being processed and about the opportunity to find out here how such personal data processing is carried out.

3. Information to those who contact us for viewing real estate (for purchase, rent, lease) of a real estate

1) to answer your questions or requests, for example, to arrange visitation of a real estate;
2) to perform the agreement with the owner of the real estate - to prove the fact of visitation of the real estate;
3) with your consent - to send you information by e-mail about similar real estates, or to contact you by phone to offer you to visit such real estates.
Your personal data for the performance of the agreement will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests, and our legitimate interest is to prove to the real estate owner that we are fulfilling our obligations under the brokerage agreement. If you do not provide this information, we can not prove that the real estate has been visited.
As regards the provision of information on a matter or request and on similar real estates, your personal data will be processed on the basis of consent, and your consent and submission of personal data will be voluntary. If you do not provide them, we will not contact you, including for the purpose of informing you about similar real estates.

The Company processes your personal data for the purpose of concluding with you and performing an agreement for valuation services. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, points (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The legitimate interest of the Company is to properly fulfil the obligations of such an agreement. The company is a data controller for the processing of this data.
Your personal data processing is required for the conclusion and performance of the agreement. The provision of personal data is defined in Section c (Identification of the Customer and all other predictable valuation users) of Subparagraph 4.1.2 (Requirements) of Chapter 4 (General Requirements) of LVS 401: 2013 (Valuation of Property). If you do not submit personal data, the Company may have difficulty concluding or performing an agreement, and the property valuation report can not be prepared.
