The property is managed by an experienced and responsive company SIA “PKE”.
Convenient location — only 400 meters to the “Bulduri” railway station, nearby there is also the “Rimi” shopping center, Bulduri market, hospital and several popular cafes and restaurants.
The house is offered for rent unfurnished, but for an additional fee, it is possible to agree on partial furnishing.
Rent: 2950 EUR per month (the price includes management costs).
Minimum rental period: 2 years (a shorter period can be agreed upon by changing the rent).
Additional payments: real estate tax and utility payments (on average around 700 EUR/month, depending on consumption and tariffs).
