From today, the real estate company ARCO REAL ESTATE starts booking apartments in the new multi-apartment project Podnieki, located in Ādaži, Ūbeļu Street 5, and developed by the largest real estate manager in the Baltics - EfTEN Capital. The new five-storey building, which has three and four-room apartments, is planned to be commissioned at the end of this year.
