Where to store bikes in winter?

There is a storage space for bikes, inflatable mattresses, golf equipment and other seasonal or large items which it is necessary to store somewhere for every apartment in the basement.

The way from the parking to your apartment

With children and a pram, after returning from a skiing trip or shopping you will not have to carry the heavy luggage, to cross a street or the whole backyard. An elevator will take you from the underground parking directly to your apartment door.

Noise insulation

This is a very important element of comfort. Windows with double chamber triplex glass and thick walls. The partition walls of apartments are constructed from ceramsite - concrete blocks with the thickness of 200 mm and the density of 5 MPA and ensure good noise insulation. Also the rockwool which has been laid on all the floors provides acoustic noise insulation.

Ventilation and air conditioning

Individual ventilation systems are provided in each apartment and air pipelines have been installed. Apartment owners will be able to install either heat recovery systems or to use natural ventilation.

Your garden

There is a well cared garden on the land plot around the house where you can spend some time with friends or read a book or walk with your children. A gardener is taking care of the garden at all times.

Children's play

There is a playground located in an enfenced area near the house. Swings, a sandpit and other gadgets for children will provide joy to the younger members of your family and a couple of minutes of calmness to you.

My house is my fortification. You must feel safe at home.
