• Walls between apartments – expanded clay blocks
• Walls between room – gypsum board on metal profiles with sound insulation

Heat supply

• Centralized – each building has its own boiler house
• Heat supply to apartments – each apartment is equipped with an individual heat meter
• Heating radiators, connection place – behind the heat meter

Water supply and sewer

• Centralized – water supplier is AS «RĪGAS ŪDENS»
• Meters - each apartment is equipped with an individual water consumption meter

Electric power supply

• Three-phase power supply
• Individual electricity metering
• Electrical output to the apartment - up to 20 kW
• Protection against lightning
