Cost of services:
The management fee in the building is EUR 1.90/m2, and that covers cleaning services, technical maintenance, and a concierge who will always be ready to offer you the latest information about what is happening in the building and in town. Residents have access to daily newspapers, a coffeemaker, free Wi-Fi, copying and scanning services, free access to a computer, etc. The concierge will also accept payments for utility and other services.

The cost for such services will be calculated for each client in accordance with his or her desires.
