In the five-storey building there are conveniently located 47 1-3 bedroom apartments with an area from 34.60 to 87.70 m² and with 3 m high ceilings, while the first floor with an area of 457.40 m² is intended for offices and administrative facilities.

Load-bearing walls and floors are made of reinforced concrete.

Facade of the building is covered with a modern decorative plaster.

In addition, almost all owners of the apartments in the 4th and 5th floor, as well as some owners of apartments in the 2nd and 3rd floor will enjoy the city atmosphere, while being on the balcony or loggia. For comfort and safety of the inhabitants of the building there are installed two elevators, day and night video surveillance, as well as a modern fire protection system.

The building is equipped with an independent gas-fuelled heating system (each apartment is equipped with own heat meter), water supply and sewerage, electricity. Also other communications are available - a fixed telephone line, the Internet and cable TV. Intercom is installed at the house entrance and in each floor.

Commissioning of the building is planned in January of 2012.
