TAL RESIDENCE is located in a landscaped area of 1149m². The eight-storey building has 34 apartments. All luxury-class apartments in the residential complex will have spacious balconies, roof terraces or personal area.

There will be various size free layout apartments:

• 22 two-bedroom apartments with areas from 90 to 120m²;
• 10 three-bedroom apartments with areas from 105 to 160m²;
• 2 two-level apartments.

Even in the final stages of construction, it will be possible to combine two or more apartments into one.

The entrance hall will have a space for concierge and a guest reception area.

Heat supply of the building will be provided by Rīgas Siltums. Each apartment will have a separate heat consumption meter installed in the basement floor, and the readings of the heat meter will be automatically transmitted to the management company computers. Heat convectors will be installed in apartment floors, providing possibility to regulate indoor temperature.

The building will be equipped with two special design high-speed panoramic elevators.

All apartments are provided with advanced fire protection system.

Security of the house residents is ensured 24 hours a day: video surveillance cameras, intercoms, alarm systems in apartments connected to the security company monitoring panel, pass cards, automatic gates, which are opened by remote control.
