SUN REPUBLIC is located on the sunniest shore of the Baltic Sea, at the mouth of the Ķīšupe River, 150 m from the sea. The residential houses are designed to be in perfect harmony with the environment, the architecture is created by the architectural firm „Sīlis, Zābers un Kļava". The territory of the SUN REPUBLIC is heart-shaped, and it's area is 16 951 m². The project consists of 7 houses, or in total 124 apartments with terrace on the south-western side.

Apartments with area from 31.1 m² to 148.0 m² are available. The price – starting from 1700 EUR. Apartments with complete interior decoration are also available.

To ensure comfort of the inhabitants, the project includes an underground car parking place, all public utilities and modern communications, a children's town; there are built small bridges across the river that are not only connecting the SUN REPUBLIC with the brilliant beach but also giving a romantic shade to the whole surroundings.

The variable terrain, with heights of up to 9 metres, allows enjoying unique landscapes from windows of all apartments. Manner of spending the leisure time is individual, it may be a passive manner – idling on the sun-heated sand of the beach or in the rocking chair in a shady place under a blossoming jasmine, or an active manner – swimming, wind-surfing, angling, and picking mushrooms and berries in the nearest forests. But in winter time your activities may include skiing and walks under snow-covered pine-trees and joyful riding down the hills.
