The multi-apartment house project SUMMERTIME is a creative and effective approach to solve the issue of your apartment. The SUMMERTIME Project is located in Jūrmala, Dzintari, Turaidas Street 110, on the coast of the Lielupe River.

Before the launch of the SUMMERTIME project, the Lielupe River valley meadows were not used for building, but now here is a pleasant modern environment, which, without  losing the charm of a riverside, has acquired the status of a comfortable residence with paved walkways, roadways and green spaces, playgrounds, sports and leisure  centres, as well as a boat dock.

The SUMMERTIME houses are located on the coast of the Lielupe Rver, near the active  centre of Jūrmala, in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes' walk from the Jomas Street and the sea, just 20 minutes drive from the Vanšu Bridge in Riga, thus being at the intersection of multiple and diverse environments.

Also your car will have a home – there is a car parking space in the basement floor of the residential house which may be bought if you wish.
