The new  SKY GARDEN project on the seashore includes 14 apartment buildings.  In territorial terms, they are divided up among five smaller complexes of so-called clubs, which are linked by an internal network roads and a common infrastructure. The public zone runs along Asaru Prospect so as to respect the desire among residents for peace and quiet.

The architecture of the complex takes note of all of the advantages of the Jūrmala landscape, as well as the demands made by a spa town.

The unifying accent in the new SKY GARDEN housing project is gardens on roof terraces. The apartment buildings which are closer to the sea will be distinguished by small and lovely internal courtyards and terraces with separate entrances on the first floor.  These provide each building with a playful and southern nature. Residents of other apartment buildings will enjoy other advantages.  Those on the first floor will have nice terraces with small private gardens.  Those on the second floor will have nice and comfortable balconies.  Those on the third floor will be proud of their green roof terraces.

The construction of the these buildings is based on natural and ecological building materials, as well as a unique and Austrian-patented system of permanent shells known as VST.  Panels in this system are 24 mm thick and smooth cement chip plates which are manufactured at a factory as single elements.
