In the quiet centre, in one of the most beautiful streets of Riga, there is located a refined and aristocratic neoclassical style building, with the romantic name "San'Antonia".

The "San' Antonia" house consisting of apartments is not far from the Academy of Fine Arts and the National Museum of Art, adjacent to the diplomatic block, bank offices and the city's best restaurants, cafés and numerous city parks. The developed infrastructure of the quiet centre of Riga will provide tenants with maximum comfort and convenience. In the course of reconstruction of the building the historic elements of the facade and interior were renovated, the main entrance was restored, and an elevator was installed.

The magnificent six-storey building, located on the picturesque Antonijas Street in Riga, was built in the beginning of the 20th century and is now an object from the list of the UNESCO world cultural heritage. Every element of the interior and exterior of the "San'Antonia" can be called a work of art that allows tenants and apartment owners feel like true aristocrats living in an Art Nouveau style house. The house has 18 exclusive apartments designated for long-term lease. Some apartments are already occupied by tenants. The house is guarded round the clock.
