Structures: foundations – reinforced concrete blocks fastened with masonry.

 

Exterior walls: 1st - 5th floor - silicate block wall, insulated with expanded polystyrene, decorative plaster.

 

Partitions in the apartment: plasterboard sheets on a metal frame.

 

Floor structures: hollow reinforced concrete slabs with sound insulation and leveling layer.

 

Anteroom on the 1st floor: flooring - ceramic tiles, tile skirting boards, walls and ceilings painted, lighting turns on with motion detectors, doors - metal exterior doors with glazing and automatic code key.

 

Stairs: floor - concrete, painted, walls, ceilings and metal railings painted, lighting is switched on with motion detectors. Doors - metal, painted.

 

Staircase landings: flooring - tiles, tile skirting boards, walls and ceilings are painted, lighting is switched on with motion detectors.

 

Apartments on the 1st - 5th floor

 

Exterior doors of the apartments: veneered, equipped with a lock. Oak veneer (Natural oak).

 

Interior doors: painted (MDF). Fittings used - brushed aluminum, single-sided locks (in WC, bathrooms).

 

Floor coverings: ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen and hall, while KRONO Original Supreme classic Dab Sepia and Supreme Vario Dab Polski laminate are laid in the living rooms.

 

Windows: PVC with double glazing (opening in two positions with winter ventilation).

 

Windowsills: laminate CPL.

 

Balcony door: PVC with double glazing (opening with winter ventilation).

 

Balconies: concrete.

 

Balcony and terrace railings: painted, metal.

 

Partitions in apartments: plasterboard, puttied, painted.

 

Plumbing fixtures: Plumbing fixtures manufactured in EU countries ("JIKA", "GROHE", "Stikla serviss"). All apartments have bathrooms and toilets with a sink, toilet bowl with soft close lid and a bath or shower, according to the design.

 

Heating: is provided from a single central heating unit, each apartment has a heat meter. The radiators in the apartments are white ("PURMO"), equipped with thermostats.

 

Water and sewerage: connected to the central network. Each apartment has cold and hot water meters.

 

Electricity: each room has two to three double sockets (according to the electrical design). Electricity consumption meters are installed in the basement. Lighting fixtures (matte chrome) are installed only in corridors, bathrooms and WC. Other lighting fixtures are installed by the buyer according to his/her taste and at his/her own expense.

 

Low-voltage networks: Internet cable channels are installed in all apartments. Customers can choose TV and Internet service providers agreeing it with their house manager.

 

Security and fire alarms: the apartments have smoke detectors. The customer optionally installs the equipment and connects it to the security system.

 

Ventilation: the kitchen hood can be connected to a separate air duct; Exhaust fans are installed in the bathrooms and toilets. Customers connect the kitchen hoods themselves.

 

Areas and paths: car use areas asphalted and paved, pedestrian paths paved or asphalted. The area is lighted.
