The building plots are completely provided with the engineering systems:

 

• water
• electric power supply
• illumination throughout the territory
• asphalted roads
• sewerage
• gas supply.

 

The engineering systems are laid down up to the borders of each land plot. A gas supply line provides possibility to select the economical gas heating. The project with all engineering systems is done and put into operation since June 2008.
