Foundation and external walls


Bearing structures of the building are based on monolithic reinforced concrete pile foundation. Under the building there is constructed underground parking. Load-bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete blocks; the underground floor, floor decks, walls and columns are made of monolithic concrete. Building external walls are made of lightweight thermo-profile panels, heat-insulated and sheathed with cement fibre plates. The stairway facades are glazed.


Partition walls


For additional sound insulation purposes, the partition walls between the apartments and the stairway are made from FIBO blocks, supplemented with sound-insulating layer and covered with plasterboard. Internal partitions in apartments are constructed from metal profiles, filled with rock wool and covered with plasterboard. To increase the bearing capability of internal partitions intended for installation of kitchen cabinets, 12 mm plywood boards are installed under the plasterboard. In rooms with high humidity, the wall structure is made of a metal frame, which is covered with moisture resistant plasterboard.


Floor decks and stairs


Hollow reinforced concrete panels are used for floor decks, which for additional sound insulation purpose are covered with a layer of hard rock wool and dry concrete. Stairs are made from reinforced concrete elements coated with special protective layer. Painted stainless steel railings are installed on the stairs. The building has two staircases.


Terraces and roof


The roof is heat-insulated and covered with bitumen roll roofing.

The first floor terraces are covered with artificial flooring material.




Staircase entrance doors are made of glass and aluminium, the door to the underground floor - of metal and glass. Apartment entrance doors are painted fireproof metal doors, apartment interior doors - oak veneer.




PVC double-glazed windows are installed in the building.




The building is equipped with two SCHINDLER elevators, each for up to 9 persons.


Heating and ventilation


Heating of the building is provided from autonomous gas boiler house. Apartments are equipped with radiators; also the technical rooms and staircases are heated by radiators. In bathrooms, additional heating is provided by electrically-heated floor. Air exchange in apartments is provided by fans installed in bathrooms, cooker hood in the kitchen area and fresh air compensators embedded in window frames. Passive ventilation in the kitchen area.


Water supply and ventilation


Water supply and sewage systems are connected to the central city networks. Bathrooms are fitted with shower tray, toilet and sink, Oras shower and sink mixer taps; electric towel dryers are also installed in bathrooms. There is a place in the toilet or the kitchen intended for washing machine connection. There are water consumption meters with remote reading function installed in the apartments.


Electricity supply and low-voltage networks


Electricity meters are located in the technical room. Low-voltage switches (for the Internet and television) are located in the staircases. Alarm connection terminals are installed in apartments for connection thereto at the apartment owners’ discretion. Each apartment room is equipped with modular sockets for telephone and/or Internet and/or TV connection.
Cable installation in apartments supports data transmission in accordance with Cat6 standards. Doorphones are installed in apartments. LED lighting is installed in bathrooms and apartment hallways. Ceiling-mounted smoke detectors are installed, which can be connected to an alarm system selected by the owner of the apartment.


Interior decoration


In the living rooms, the walls are painted; in rooms with high humidity the walls are tiled (ceramic tiles Arkitekt Color / Arkitekt Basic). Three-layer oak parquet is used as flooring material in living rooms. In rooms with high humidity the floors are tiled (ceramic tiles Arkitekt Color / Arkitekt Basic). In technical rooms and storage rooms, concrete deck with a protective coating is used for floors. In the living rooms, the ceilings are painted; utility rooms, bathrooms, hallways are equipped with suspended ceilings of painted plasterboard sheets.




The territory of the multi-storey house is improved and landscaped. A children's playground, illuminated and paved walkways, benches, cultivated lawn and ornamental plants are to be found in the territory of the house.
