LEGEND. brings sophistication and insouciance to the life its owners, providing a wide range of premium class services: private beach, its own spa with a pool, saunas, treatment rooms, cardio trainer hall and a hall for yoga, a restaurant and a beauty salon, VIP-level concierge service, as well as underground parking, guest parking and personal storage.

Infrastructure will seamlessly merge with the club system. Management and service will be provided by companies with an impeccable reputation and extensive experience in their particular field.

The project LEGEND. puts a special emphasis on creation of the environment: solemn main entrances, access to the beach, British traditional gardening, design objects, vintage cars. In order to create an atmosphere, there is an antique Rolls Royce in front of the Villa Churchill, and in the children's playground - a London cab for the young car enthusiasts. Tenants will be provided with bicycles produced in 1930s by a British company Pashley, intended for recreational walks along forest paths or sandy beaches of Jurmala.

BEACH

LEGEND. - the only residential neighbourhood in Jurmala which has a private beach.

Within the closed, guarded beach area stretching for 150 meters there is a recreation complex that will include a swimming pool, showers, comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas and tents, a bar, and a restaurant. Here, residents of the complex will be VIP-guests, as well as receive a high quality service that meets the level of service LEGEND. A pleasant and comfortable addition to the mandatory white sand, amazing beauty of sunsets and the sea breeze permeated by pine aroma.

SPA

Residents of the apartment block LEGEND. have the possibility to diversify their vacation and take care of their health in their own spa complex.

The idea of a healthy and harmonious way of life is not only closely related to the symbol of naturalness and fine natural beauty - Audrey Hepburn - but also to the creators of the project LEGEND.

The ground floor of Villa Hepburn will host a corner for relaxation and health. Training in the gym equipped with a cardio trainer or in the yoga hall is a great way to recharge yourself with life's energy. The spa complex will be open at any time of the year to help to regain your inner balance and relax. The large swimming pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub and a relaxation room will be accessible only to the residents of LEGEND. and their guests. In two massage rooms you will be able to get a full range of anti-aging and wellness treatments for your face and body, provided by leading Latvian spa specialists.

RESTAURANT

Residents of the apartment block LEGEND. can have breakfast at Tiffany's every day, as on the first floor of Villa Tiffany there will be a cosy club-type restaurant.

The light and refined interior of the restaurant-winery will be at your service for a family lunch in the afternoon, and in the evening - for a friendly conversation with neighbors and friends over a glass of wine, straight from the Villa Tiffany's wine cellar, and light snacks. Any dish from the menu or a special order can be delivered to a home or a party dinner table.

CHILDREN'S TOWN

The youngest residents and their childhood memories will receive a special attention at LEGEND.

In the project area a whole town for children will be built, equipped with swings, climbing frames, slides, equipment for sports and exercising, a sandbox and other attributes required for a healthy and fun time outside. The town will have traffic lights and road signs; the children will have cars to ride; even a real English cab.

During construction and decoration of the children's town only environmentally friendly materials, as well as the most advanced and secure technologies will be used.
