House finish

 

The row houses are built on a firm sandy ground (ground water level is below the 6m mark). Only high-quality materials tested for Latvian conditions have been used in the construction.

 

Foundation Insitu reinforced concrete with horizontal and vertical waterproofing and heat insulation with expanded polystyrene.
Outer walls and walls between sections Aeroc Eco Term 375mm and Aeroc Eco Light 250mm blocks manufactured according to the latest AEROC technologies that provide maximum energy saving results.
Sound insulation Walls between sections are made of Aeroc Eco Light 250mm blocks with sound insulation parameters exceeding the regulatory values.
Bearing internal walls Walls between sections are made of  Aeroc Eco Light 250mm blocks.
Internal non-bearing partition walls Internal non-bearing partition walls are made of  Aeroc Eco Light 100mm blocks.
Floor structures Floor structures are constructed using hollow reinforced concrete panels manufactured by A/S BMGS.
Facades Calm shades and modern high-quality materials are used in facade decoration.
Entrance door Wooden, with a high degree of security.
Roofing 250mm thick insulation layer with double melting waterproofing.
Garages For one or two cars; electrical drive gate, opening synchronized with the area entrance gate control panel.
Windows  PVC 6 chambers Gealan S8000IQ profile windows, triple-glazed with selective glass, depth 44 mm. White inside, golden oak outside.
Terraces Terrace flooring is made from durable and high-quality material Green Deck .

Engineering systems
Heating Each house is equipped with a boiler for heating and preparation of hot water. 
Water supply and sewerage Local water supply from 127m deep well and a separate filtering system provides each house with good quality water.
Household sewerage and rainwater drainage ensure collection of waste water in a sealed septic system with bacterial treatment and infiltration into sandy soil.
Ventilation Natural ventilation system provides the necessary air exchange in kitchens, bathrooms and garages. Thanks to the backup ventilation channels there is an opportunity to move the kitchen area.
Telecommunications Lattelecom connection provides optical internet and TV connection to all the rooms of each house.
