Location

Just in a 30-minutes’ drive from Riga to Jūrmala you will get to Melluži. This district is one of the most quiet and tranquil places of the seashore city. The name Melluži is derived from the bilberry-rich forests surrounding this district (“mellenes” is translated from Latvian as “bilberries”). Here you will not see crowds of tourists and a continuous beach bustle. At the same time, a well-developed infrastructure, convenient transportation and modern stylish architecture attract potential home buyers.
