FINISHING

The bathrooms and toilets are finished with light pastel tone or vivid tiles with black-and-white graphical or colour accents.

The tiles by CERAMICHE PIEMME VALENTINO, CERAMICHE ELIGRES SIRIO, PETRACERS, VERNICE, PETRACERS RINASCIMENTO are laid with horizontal or vertical accents.

The bedrooms can be decorated with wallpapers chosen by the Customer. Generally light pastel tones are suggested for walls’ finish. A special decorative emphasis can be achieved by tiling or patterned painting in vivid tones matching the kitchen interior.

Two-level tinted ceilings in halls and living spaces is another specialty of the design enabling unusual placement of lighting.

Interior Concept

Apartments are for sale without interior finish; however, there are several pre-developed designs, which can be implemented within 2-3 months upon Customer’s will, customisation and prepayment.

We offer three interior concepts.

Functional planning implies merging of the kitchen and the sitting-room areas. The colour solution of the interior is based on the sea-themes: inspiring tones of sand dunes, sea waves and summer beach plants, combined with white colour of the frothing and swirling waves.

Kitchen decoration can be ascetic or vivid. The worktop of artificial stone (CORIAN BURNT AMBER, SAND, SUMMER SKY, MARINE BLUE) may match or contrast with the colour of wooden floor (caramel or light bamboo, oak, tinted or light ash-tree). Floor finishing by the parquet of other palettes, including cherry tones, is also available.

“Bosch” kitchen appliances have stainless steel finishing. “Trend” series interior doors manufactured by the Spanish company “Luvipol” are made of white oak. The modern forms of bathroom fittings from “Villeroy & Boch” and “Duravit”, “Aquator” and “Victory” baths functionally and aesthetically enrich exclusive interior solutions in bathrooms and toilets.

LIGHTING

The lighting plays one of the main roles in the interiors of the living premises in “Jūrmalas Pērle” complex. The design foresees different combinations of lighting connection in every room.

The lighting fixtures are placed where ceiling light is most needed, i.e. above the leisure furniture, dining tables and beds in the bedrooms.

The hallways and bathrooms are equipped with built-in decorative light sources. The lighting fixtures are selected in accordance with the interior concept and are mainly made of stainless steel, aluminum and chrome with combined matt and glossy surfaces.
