Description of materials

1. Building constructions and architecture:

- foundation - monolith reinforced concrete ribbon foundation, insulated with 80 mm extruded polystyrene foam;

- external walls - masonry wall made of aerated concrete blocks 375 mm . Facade insulated with 50 mm polystyrene foam sheets, which have been reinforced and plastered with decorative plastering;

- walls (between separate buildings) - masonry wall made of aerated concrete blocks 300 mm; 

- internal partition walls - 100 mm aerated concrete blocks, plastered with lime/ cement plaster for machine processing.

- flooring of the ground floor: monolith reinforced concrete 100 mm with 50 mm insulation;

- covering of the ground floor - 265 mm thick hollow reinforced concrete blocks and monolith reinforced concrete covering on double-T profile steel beams;

- covering of the 1st floor - wood constructions (truss frames), between which a 300 mm insulation layer - bulk rockwool has been installed. A loft hatch 1,200 x 800 with built-in wooden stairs has been installed in the ceiling of the first floor;

- roof - wood trusses with a step of 1,000 mm; roofing - rolled tin;

- flooring of the 1st floor: 60 mm EPS 100 polystyrene foam sound insulation, 60 mm Estrich (concrete clone) floor;

- the ceilings of the ground floor and 1st floors: suspended plasterboard ceiling with 50 mm thermal insulation;

- windows - PVC construction, white inside, brown wood imitation outside;

- sill - white chipboard 19 mm with frosted laminate coating.

2. Internal communications:

- heating - autonomous gas heating has been installed in each of the apartments; JUNKERS, 28 kW condensation type boilers installed;

- ventilation - a natural d125 exhaust ventilation in the kitchen area has been provided, as well as a discharge line for the d125 kitchen cooker hood. A d100 discharge line for forced ventilation has been provided in the WC premises;

- plumbing - all internal plumbing (water supply and sewerage) networks with outlets in the kitchen and WC areas have been installed, the sanitary bathroom and toilet facilities have not been installed;

- internal electricity networks - fully equipped, as well as Category 5 TV and Internet connection places (one in each of the apartments); electricity distribution boxes with socket outlets have been installed in the walls. Sockets and switches have not been installed;

- low voltage networks and alarm - motion and smoke detectors have been installed at the level of the ceiling, as well as glass breaking detectors on the entrance doors. The alarm system has been fully completed (panel, siren, alarm control block).

3. Finishing works:

- internal finish: white finish has been carried out in the A, B, and C block apartments - walls and ceilings have been covered with white priming paint;

- installation of a fireplace is possible in the C block apartments on the ground floor level - a stainless steel chimney, sized 200 mm in diameter and with 50 mm insulation has been built in;

- metal stairs with 45 mm thick ash-tree steps have been installed in the staircases for the first floor apartments of blocks A and B. The stairs have been equipped with steel railings with an analogical ash-tree hand support surface. Similar finishing of the stairs has been planned for block C;

- a distribution box has been installed in the WC premises and a corrugated tubefor the placement and construction of the heated floor cables has been built in;

- lighting: outlets on the walls and ceilings for the installation of lighting lamps.
