White finish

If an apartment with white finish is chosen, it will be completely ready for the application of the final finish - the walls and ceilings will be covered with white priming paint, the internal communications - electricity and low voltage networks (sockets and switches not installed) will be fully installed, all water and sewerage networks with the outlets in the kitchen and WC areas will be installed (except for the bathroom and toilet facilities).

Basic

In the case of choosing the Basic finish, the apartments are equipped with full internal finish – high quality 32 class laminate flooring in the residential premises and ceramic tiles in the kitchen and WC areas, Domino series sockets and switches, as well as Grohe, Willeroy & Boch and Ravak toilet and bathroom facilities will be installed. The walls and ceilings will be painted in the colours and tones chosen by the customer; MDF doors and finishing elements will be installed indoors.

Modern

In the case of choosing the Modern finish, we offer Premium class finishing materials to our customers - natural 3-layer oak parquetry and stone tiles in accordance with the project, Jung series sockets and switches, wall and ceiling colours selected by the customer, veneered doors with finishing and Grohe, Willeroy & Boch and Ravak toilet and bathroom facilities.
