Location with added value

The location of the project allows its residents enjoy the fresh sea air, as well as a variety of valuable opportunities for recreation and entertainment on an everyday basis. The white sand beach is only 600 meters away, while a 15-minute walk will lead to the heart of Jurmala – Jomas street – with its restaurants, shops, cultural and entertainment venues, and one of the most amazing places on the cultural map of Latvia – Dzintari Concert Hall. In general, the project is closely surrounded by infrastructure providing ample opportunities for sports, recreation and education.

Also, near the project, multi-functional Dzintari forest park is located, which is guaranteed to become a favorite place for slow walks or active leisure lovers – big and small!

Jurmala beach – the most beautiful in the Baltics

No doubt, Jurmala is a pearl among all the Baltic resorts. It amuses with endless snow-white sand beaches – a great place to relax or take a refreshing swim, or even choose something more active – volleyball, Scandinavian walking, gymnastics or other kind of sport.

The well-maintained Jurmala beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag eco-certificate more than any other beaches in the Baltics!

Jomas Street: cheerful and lively

For a tasty treat or a bright party, you do not need to go to Riga. Connecting Dzintari and Majori stations, Jomas Street, a little more than a kilometer long, is a real magnet for fun and emotions – with all its shops, street vendors, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. Jomas street is a great place to enjoy the night after a day at the beach, however, during the day, light-hearted resort life also boils here – both for adults and children.

The musicof waves: concert hall on the beach

The unique architecture in the style of national romanticism and a no less unique role in the cultural life of Jurmala and all of Latvia have turned the open-air Dzintari Concert Hall into a European-scale phenomenon. Every week, two stages delight audience with world-class performances – from classical masterpieces and ballet to modern music and comic shows. Before or after enjoying any form of classical or modern art, it is always nice to enjoy the art of cooking and good drinks in Maestro wine studio!

Dzintari forestpark: fun for everyone

In Dzintari, you will find another Jurmala jewel – Dzintari forest park, ideal for morning runs and evening walks. With three playgrounds for children of different ages, the park is a great place to relax with the whole family. If you demand more than a quiet walk, rollerblade tracks, as well as a whole skating park and a street ball court are at your service.

Lunches are also available in two cafes right here, in the park. Jurmala City Council often organizes thematic and seasonal activities in the park, and even in winter life here does not stop – the park invites everyone to the Festival of Light and becomes a favorite place for lovers ofcross-country skiing.
