Floor: bathroom, WC	Tile covering, water-proof heated floors.
Floor: balcony	Concrete floors.
Ceiling	Filled concrete, painted with half-mat emulsion, seams visible.
Walls: corridor, kitchen, living room, bedroom	Plasterboard walls, painted with half-mat water emulsion and plastered brick walls, filled and painted with half-mat water emulsion.
Walls: bathroom, WC	Tile covering, waterproofing.
Sanitary equipment	Bathrooms equipped with bath, shower pan, sink, toilet bowl, as well as necessary faucets.
Kitchens	Connection places for kitchen equipment shall be provided; kitchen furniture and equipment shall not be provided.
Electricity	Switchboard, electricity sockets, light switches.
Telephone, internet, TV	Possibility to connect telephone, internet and TV.
Ventilation	Kitchens, bathrooms and WC connected to the extraction ventilation. Client shall install a cooker hood in the kitchen on his/her own expense. Connection place shall be provided for the cooker hood.
External doors of apartment	Metal doors, fire-resistant, equipped with handle and lock.
Internal doors of apartment	Laminated, fitted with handles, in bathrooms on internal side fitted with lock.
