Residential apartment building at 26A Baznicas street is completely renovated and the building’s facade is renewed. The aim of the restoration is to preserve the original historic architecture of the building, while making it more comfortable, in compliance with modern safety requirements and reliability expectations of future home owners. Restoration works applied in the building noticeably highlight it from the most buildings in central Riga and consist of the following:

• renewal and strengthening of the building’s facade;
• complete roof reconstruction;
• full upgrade of the buildings internal structure;
• installation of an elevator for the convenience of residents;
• full replacement and upgrade of internal utility services;
• installation of internal gas heating system;
• complete remodeling of apartments.

In the outcome, small premises with multiple partition walls are replaced by spacious interiors.
