Building is a cultural monument, which was built in 1889 as project by the famous architect in Europe - R. F. Donberg.

The apartments and offices are renovated and equipped with modern kitchens, built-in cabinets.

Building	New wooden windows, architectural monument, the facade was restored, new heating unit (central supply); a clubhouse building – only 1 apartment on each floor.
