The MN 17 A building is one of the gems of the wooden architecture of Āgenskalns neighborhood, which underwent complete reconstruction in 2019. This historic wooden building was built in 1910 and, as the brick wall of the building has been retained, you can still feel the breath of history in the building.

The three-story house has 10 modern two-room and four-room apartments with modern layout. The apartments are with full interior finish and range in size from 47 to 74 square meters. The wooden front door of the building is equipped with a code key.

The property has landscaped, lighted and well-maintained area, enclosed by a fence. The gate is controlled by a remote control, while the entrance and parking area in the yard are paved. There is also a small children's playground in the area.

The apartments in the renovated housing project are suitable for people who can appreciate the wooden architecture of Āgenskalns and for whom a comfortable environment near the centre of Riga is important. In the vicinity of the housing project, the necessary infrastructure is available - grocery and household goods stores, the Āgenskalns market, educational institutions, sports centres, cafes and public transport stops within a few minutes' walk. But the Māras Pond and the picturesque Arkādijas Park, where you can relax from your daily rush, also is within a few minutes' walk.

It’s good to live in Āgenskalns!
