From today, the real estate company "ARCO REAL ESTATE" starts reservation apartments in the new multi-apartment project “Ernestīne”, which is located in Riga, Ernestīnes Street 6A. The housing project is being developed by real estate manager EfTEN Capital. The new four-storey building with two-, three- and four-room apartments is planned to be commissioned in the spring of 2022.
The housing project "Ernestīne" is visually designed to be aesthetically integrated into the architectural environment of Āgenskalns old house properties. The comfort-class housing project is surrounded by ancient lime trees typical for this area and the distinctive architecture of Āgenskalns. Modern bedroom apartments with an area from 35 to 94 square meters are located on four floors of the brick building, but the housing project offers a total of 20 comfortable and bright apartments for sale.
