Despite the difficult circumstances during the emergency situation, interest in the new housing projects is very high, says Mrs. Ieva Jansone, Head of Sales at ARCO REAL ESTATE, noting that in the new housing project "Rīgas Vārti", located in Salaspils, Nometņu Street 11, one fifth of all apartments have already been reserved within three months.
As previously predicted, the most popular of the currently reserved apartments are three-room apartments - they are mostly chosen by young families. Apartments in this housing project that is located near Riga, are mostly reserved by those living in or around Salaspils who want to improve their living conditions. Currently, 19 apartments have already been reserved in this housing project, but in total the new five-storey building will contain 93 high-quality apartments of practical layout.
"In January of this year, the conclusion of preliminary agreements was started, which means that customers have already checked their solvency with banks, so that when the property is put into operation, they can make a purchase in the second half of the year and move into their new home. The apartment reservation procedure is significantly facilitated by the possibility to conclude transactions electronically. If customers have an electronic signature or other personal identification tool, such as "Smart-ID", the entire transaction process can be ensured completely remotely,” informs Mrs. I. Jansone.
"Rīgas Vārti" is a new and modern apartment project, where bright 1-4 room apartments with an area from 38 to 118 square meters are offered for sale. Each apartment has a loggia, autonomous ventilation and full interior decoration from high-quality materials. Heat to "Rīgas Vārti" apartments will be provided by a gas heating system. The housing project is situated in a scenic location near the Daugava River, the area around the new building will be landscaped and green, illuminated, with paved walkways and benches; a lawn will be made and ornamental plants will be planted. The new housing project "Rīgas Vārti" is planned to be put into operation in the autumn of this year.
