Active work on construction of external and internal engineering networks is being continued in the upcoming multi-apartment housing project "Rīgas Vārti" in Salaspils, the address of which has been changed after approval of the land use planning project, informs Juris Pitkēvičs, a Member of the Board of the project developer "Interbau", specifying that the new address of the new building will be Mežmalas Street 1.
Currently, in accordance with the planned construction schedule, external engineering networks are being built - the installation of outdoor lighting outlets is almost completed and the construction of sewage and water supply system is being carried out. Simultaneously with the exterior works, also internal engineering networks are under construction - these include electrical installation, construction of a heating system, as well as construction of water supply and sewerage. Work is also continuing on concreting the floors of the first floor, meanwhile wall plastering and window installation are taking place on the other floors of the building.
"The new housing project has not yet acquired a full-fledged appearance, as the windows have been installed in part of the building and most of the work is currently taking place indoors. It should be noted that a lot of work has been invested in procurement - elevators, elevator shafts and stairs have been ordered. We are also working on the purchase of interior doors and garage lifting gates," the developer comments on the construction process.
"Rīgas Vārti", where one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with an area from 38 to 118 square meters are offered for sale, is planned to be put into operation at the end of this year. Currently, in the housing project, which has a total of 93 practical and high-quality apartments, more than 60 percent of all apartments are already reserved.
