The large housing project "Bišumuiža" developed by EfTEN Capital and located in Pārdaugava, Komētas Street, has been sold out - today, February 26, the last purchase agreement was signed. In total, in the second phase, 112 bright and cozy apartments in eight new buildings have been sold, informs Ieva Jansone, Member of the Board and Head of the Sales Department of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
The company's management would like to thank the project sales team - Vija Sondore and Tatjana Jefimova - for their time-consuming, accurate and patient work. This housing project will be especially significant and memorable for the real estate agent Vija Sondore, who sold the first and last apartment in “Bišumuiža” and who participated in all stages of the project implementation.
"I had the honor to start selling the project, now I have the honor to finish it. A lot of work has been done, so I hope that the new owners will be happy with the choice made. I wish the residents of Bišumuiža living in harmony and joy of life. "Bišumuiža" provided me with many pleasant moments," says Vija.
The cornerstone of the new project was laid in 2005, when the construction of the first nine houses began. Today, the Komētas Street housing project consists of 17 buildings with a total of 238 dwellings.
