During the Open Door Days organized by the real estate portal City24.lv, which will take place in the new housing project Bišumuiža on June 11 and 13, ARCO REAL ESTATE, in cooperation with the project developer EfTEN Capital, will apply a discount of up to EUR 34,500 to all two-room and penthouse apartments. In addition, the price of the apartments will in future include parking spaces in the yard.
The apartment discount will be in effect until the Midsummer Festival, therefore, in order to receive it, you must attend one of the Open Door Day events at Bišumuiža - on June 11 from 16.00 to 20.00 or on June 13 from 11.00 to 16.00 - and an apartment reservation agreement must be concluded by June 23, 2020.
