An open-door day will take place in the renovated seaside property "EDINBURGH Apartments & Lofts", located at Kalsnavas Street 2, Dzintari, Jūrmala, on September 12 from 11.00 to 16.00. In addition, the developer of the new project "Lebensbau Development" has provided visitors to the event with the opportunity to choose one of the valuable gifts, informs Ms Ieva Jansone, Head of Sales Department of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
"Visiting the open-door day event and booking an apartment until October 4 of this year, the new owner, upon signing a purchase agreement, will receive as a gift a parking lot worth 5,000 euro or a storage space with the area of 4.1 - 4.6 square metres in the basement of the building worth 3,280 - 3,680 euro", explains the representative of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
The project "EDINBURGH Apartments & Lofts" consists of two interconnected buildings with 65 apartments each having 1 - 3 rooms with an area from 28 to 88 square metres, as well as 27 lofts with an area of up to 153 square meters. All apartments and lofts are fully finished. The apartments offer two design finishes created by the architectural firm “Open AD” for a separate fee, while the loft layout will be dedicated to all those who like original solutions that do not fit into the classic standards.
