On Saturday, February 8, from 11 AM to 4 PM, in the apartment project “Bišumuiža”, at Komētas Street 32, Riga, the developer “EfTEN Capital” and the real estate company “ARCO REAL ESTATE” will hold an Open Door Day, in the framework of which special conditions of purchase of apartments will be offered to visitors.
A discount of € 1,000 or € 2,000 will be granted to everyone, who will attend the Open Door Day and conclude an apartment reservation or purchase agreement by March 8th this year. The amount of the discount depends on the chosen apartment: for a three-room apartment on the second and third floors a discount of EUR 1,000 is provided, while for other apartments - a discount of EUR 2,000, explains Ieva Jansone, Head of Residential Department of "ARCO REAL ESTATE".
Visitors to the event will be introduced to the project by the "ARCO REAL ESTATE" sales team, while the mortgage lending specialists from the invited banks will inform the visitors about the home purchase opportunities and answer questions about lending conditions and solvency criteria.
The new inhabitants of “Bišumuiža”, who already now are living in any of the eight new buildings, appreciate the benefits of the low-rise housing project: each building has only 14 functionally designed apartments, a spacious staircase with a spacious and quiet elevator. Large double-glazed windows in each apartment face two sides of the sky, making homes lighter and cosier, while the unusually high ceilings allow for unusual interior design solutions. The apartments are equipped with radiators with heat regulators, which helps to save during the cooler months of the year. The buildings are built using energy-efficient sandwich panels manufactured using a special Scandinavian technology.
Around the new housing project, in which two-, three- and four-room apartments with complete interior decoration and with a total area of 64 to 139 square meters are offered for sale by "ARCO REAL ESTATE", modern infrastructure with educational institutions, office centers, sales outlets and a good public transport network have been developed. But the central part of Riga can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
