Last weekend, the real estate company ARCO REAL ESTATE signed a cooperation agreement on the sale of apartments in the multi-apartment project Rīgas Vārti, thus becoming the sole seller of the project. The housing project in Salaspils, which is planned to be put into operation next autumn, is being developed by SIA Interbau.
The company SIA Interbau started operating in Latvia in 2012, its owners have so far successfully implemented projects of various scales in Latvia, Denmark and Sweden, performing real estate renovation and construction works in both the private and public sectors. The company is owned in equal parts by two members of the Board - Gints Frēlihs and Juris Pitkēvičs.

Rīgas Vārti is a new and modern apartment project in Salaspils, Nometņu Street 11, where bright 2- to 4-room apartments with an area from 38 to 118 square metres are offered for sale. In total, the new five-storey building, located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Salaspils, but at the same time in a remote and quiet place, has 93 practically planned and high-quality apartments.
Each apartment has a loggia and autonomous ventilation, which is one of the most important advantages of the project. The apartments have full interior decoration: the walls are painted, the floors of the apartments are covered with natural oak parquet to create cosiness, while the bathrooms of the apartments have electrically heated floors for additional comfort, as well as high-quality plumbing equipment. In rooms with high humidity, tiles are used for wall and floor decoration. The apartments have fireproof metal entrance doors.
The new housing project Rīgas Vārti is located in a scenic location with a great view of the surrounding meadows and next to a perennial birch grove, where there are trails for relaxing walks and which provides the surrounding area with fresh air. The area around the new project has been landscaped and greened, lighting and paved walkways have been made, benches have been installed, and there is a well-maintained lawn and ornamental plants in this area.
Infrastructure facilities such as a sports centre with a stadium, a public swimming pool, educational institutions for various age groups, a library and a house of culture are to be found not far from the new housing project. In the centre of Salaspils, which can be reached in just a few minutes, there are medical institutions, public catering companies and several grocery stores. In the vicinity of Rīgas Vārti, there is operating a veterinary clinic, a building materials trade centre, gas stations, as well as other daily important goods and services companies.
Ieva Jansone emphasizes that the housing project is suitable for those who value the proximity of Riga, a green environment and who at the same time need amenities in the vicinity of their new home.
