An Open Door Day will take place in the renovated ten-apartment building, located at 17A Mazā Nometņu Street, Āgenskalns, on Thursday, June 18. The event will take place from 16.00 to 20.00, and its visitors, who will book one of the cosy apartments by July 18 this year, will receive a 2,000 euro discount for the purchase of a parking lot, informs Elizabete Pomaskova, Project Sales Manager of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
The three-storey house, which has eight two-room and two four-room apartments, is one of the pearls of wooden architecture in the area of Āgenskalns, which underwent extensive reconstruction in 2019. Built in 1910, the house offers apartments with an area from 42 to 83 square metres, and they are offered for sale with full interior decoration. The apartments have a modern layout, which opens up a wide range of opportunities for creative expression for those who enjoy furnishing of their own homes. Additional uniqueness is given to the building by the original architectural elements preserved in it, as well as fragments of exposed brickwork in the staircase.
“The renovated house and its apartments have gained the recognition of a number of clients in that short period of time, which shows that the housing is tasteful and modern. The apartments will be suitable for those whose heart is close to the Āgenskalns area and its architecture, as well as for those for whom the location of the building is perfectly compatible with everyday life in the city,” emphasizes the representative of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
In the process of its renovation, the house has undergone wall and ceiling painting, window replacement, exterior wall and frame renovation, as well as other interior and exterior works. The advantages of the housing project include a modern and cosy courtyard, a parking lot available to house inhabitants, as well as a green area which is fenced. The building has a small number of apartments, and there is also a basement for the convenience of the house inhabitants.
In the vicinity of the renovated housing project there is a well-developed infrastructure, which includes educational institutions, sports centres, food and household goods stores, cafes, Āgenskalns market, as well as public transport stops within a few minutes’ walk.
