EfTEN Capital, the developer of the multi-apartment project “Bišumuiža” in Pārdaugava, will offer new clients especially favourable conditions for the purchase of apartments during the holidays also at the end of this year, significantly reducing the purchase amount for several homes, informs Ms Ieva Jansone, Head of Residential Department of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
The special offer applies to the two and three-room apartments on the first floor of the buildings No. 26 and 32 at Komētas Street, to which the developer applies a discount of EUR 7.000 – 10.000. As part of the holiday offer, two-bedroom apartments are offered for sale for 89.000 euro (formerly 96.000 euro) and three-bedroom apartments for 109.000 euro (previously 119.000 euro). To qualify for the special offer discount, you must sign an apartment reservation contract before the end of this year.
"The purpose of the special offer is to make the new project more affordable, and to celebrate the holiday in a new apartment in one of Riga's greenest neighbourhoods already this year," comments Ms I. Jansone, highlighting other advantages of the project - the advantageous location of the low-rise buildings near the Daugava River, quiet surroundings next to the forest and the feeling of living in a private house.
