Within the framework of the Open Door Day Marathon organized by the sector portal "City24.lv", on November 24 from 11.00 to 16.00, a new model apartment will be presented in the TUVIDI (Baloži) multi-apartment project, replacing the current one, which is currently in public offering, informs Ms Ieva Jansone, Head of the Sales Department of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
The previous three-room model apartment, which has received positive comments regarding the interior and which helped many people to choose TUVIDI as their place of residence, is currently in public offering, as the other apartments of this design on Mežaparka Street 3 have already been purchased. The apartment offered for sale is furnished and fully equipped for immediate living.
Ms I. Jansone points out that the new model apartment will provide a clear picture of the quality of interior decoration materials, the possibilities for arrangement and improvement and the benefits of the practical layout. The apartment will also allow visitors to imagine living in a cosy environment with a view of an well-maintained and green environment.
"The TUVIDI housing project, developed by Estera Development, put in commission in the summer of this year, is best suited to active and young families, who choose their dwelling as a stopover and a resting place between the developed infrastructure and the benefits of suburban green environment," explains the spokeswoman of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
TUVIDI is a new apartment project 20 minutes from the centre of Riga.
