ARCO REAL ESTATE presents serial apartment market overview in September. Be aware of real estate market!
The serial apartment prices in September continued to grow: the average price per a square meter peaked repeatedly within the period of last six years, in few residential areas the monthly price increase exceeded 1 %. The prices mainly increased for the most demanded one and two room apartments in the best residential areas of Rīga, where the price for apartments in a satisfactory condition ranged from 700 - 850 EUR/m². The increasing apartment prices are reasoned with the comparatively small amount of offers, which still continued to shrink in September. Since spring it kept decreasing each month the same as in the previous years within the same period.
