In October 2015, the prices of serial apartments in Riga residential areas have increased minimally – by 0.1 %. The price for one serial apartment has increased to 651 EUR/m². Since the beginning of 2015, the prices of serial apartments have increased overall by 2.1 %, while within one year since the last October the prices of serial apartments have increased by 1.6 %.
