ARCO REAL ESTATE presents serial apartment market overview in May. Be aware of real estate market!
The serial apartment prices in Riga residential areas increased per 0,4 % in May. The average serial apartment price increased up to the position of 643 EUR/m², which is the highest point of serial apartment prices in the last six years. However, it is yet too early to discuss a tendency of price increase, as the price change in all Riga residential areas is insignificant, among them negative, the same as in previous months.
