ARCO REAL ESTATE presents new project market overview in 3rd quarter. Be aware of real estate market!
The present new project apartment, located in Rīga residential areas, price index in the first quarter of 2015 was 410 EUR/m², while in the second quarter the apartment prices decreased due to increase in transactions, therefore the price index dropped till 1 220 EUR/m² (- 13.5 %). In the third quarter of the year the prices slightly equilibrated, and the price index increased up to 1 270 EUR/m² (+ 4.1 %).
