In February 2014, the prices of standard-type apartments located in Riga housing estates increased by 0.9%. The average standard-type apartment price in February has increased till 622 EUR/m2. In whole, since the beginning of year 2013, the prices have grown by 4.6%. Prices are in the highest position during the last four years.
