The real estate company „ARCO REAL ESTATE”, maintaining the annual tradition, will hold a press conference in the Glass Hall of „HOTEL BERGS” on February 27, 2014, at 11:AM, on the situation in the real estate markets of Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria, informs Mrs. Kristiāna Kārkliņa, Head of the Marketing Department of the Company.
The primary objective of the press conference, looking back at the events in the real estate market in 2013 and reflecting the trends of 2014, is to encourage experts to a constructive discussion on currently topical industry subjects relating to impact of the Immigration Act amendment on the real estate prices, supply and demand, new project development scenarios, impact of properties alienated by banks, as well as development of the rental market in 2014.
The annual Latvian real estate market report that will be presented at the press conference will offer detailed information on all real estate segments, such as standard-type apartments, new projects, houses, commercial space and land. Mrs. K. Kārkliņa points out that this year there is produced also a report on the real estate market in Estonia and Bulgaria, which will make a more complete picture of the Latvian real estate market conditions as compared with the market activities in the above-mentioned countries.
“ARCO REAL ESTATE” would like to inform that Mr. Māris Laukalējs, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company and Head of the 1st Valuation Department, will speak at the press conference at 11:00 AM, but Mr. Tarmo Sild, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ARCO VARA”, will speak on the topical issues of the Estonian and Bulgarian markets at 11:30 AM. Discussions will begin at 12.00 o’clock, specifies Mrs. K. Kārkliņa.
