Sale of private houses started in village ART TERRA, Upesciems.
The construction comes as the integral part of the overall Project Padebeshi. Within the lines 1 and 2 of the project already finished, there are 121 families settled down in private houses in the area. We plan the construction of 40 private houses. 8 twin houses (16 flats) have been built. The construction of 11 houses are in process.
Houses we offer to our clients are with interior trim, and all the bath-room and toilet equipment connected to water-supply and sewerage.
