Real Estate Company ARCO REAL ESTATE, in collaboration with the Latvian national airline airBaltic, has launched the world's first campaign inviting customers to buy a real estate during the flight.
Mr. Aigars Šmits, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ARCO REAL ESTATE: „airBaltic is one of the ten most innovative airlines in the world that has previously successfully sold cars during the flights; now this airline would offer something new to its customers. Also, our company offers a variety of property acquisition solutions to our customers, and in this case, it is an interesting and unique opportunity to receive discounts on real estate purchases by purchasing a coupon during the flight. We always want to have a special approach to our clients and find interesting ways to offer the property. During the flights, customers will be invited to purchase a 30 EUR coupon, which in turn makes it possible to get a discount of up to 9500 EUR. With this coupon, upon arrival at an ARCO REAL ESTATE office, the holder of the coupon should agree on purchase of a real estate located in the particular project and on discounts to be received.
In this campaign we offer those interested to buy property at a discount in three projects - an exclusive apartment building in Riga, Martas Street 7, and at Baltezers, in the project THE PEARL; a special discount is applied to the project MARSILI as well.
