Our clients live in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, America, and Europe. In addition to all the services offered, we can also help with obtaining temporary residence permits and granting loans to non-residents.
„We have seen that since the coming into effect of the amendments to the Immigration Law on July 01, 2010, foreigners increasingly use the opportunity to obtain temporary residence permits in the Republic of Latvia. There is a valid reason for it because a Latvian temporary residence permit allows free travelling throughout the Schengen area without any visa", says Ms Oļesja Bogodistaja, Head of the new Department.
Unlike many other Schengen countries, Latvia does not impose an obligation on persons who have received temporary residence permits, to have a permanent residence in Latvia. Acquisition of real estate is one of the major valid grounds for obtaining a temporary residence permit in Latvia.
Obtaining a residence permit is a specific task, and, therefore, it is more secure when you receive assistance from professionals, who are experts in provision of services. We offer a full range of services with an individual approach, including:
- preparation of documents required for obtaining a residence permit,
- filing of documents to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs and control and coordination of process of examination of the documents,
