LLC „ARCO DEVELOPMENT", developer of the „Mārsili" Project at Baltezers, has announced a promotional campaign for sale of land plots – the current price is only 25 EUR/m².
The Mārsili Project implementation was started in 2004, when 67 building plots were offered for sale. Today this part of the project is almost completely built-up.
Implementation of the Mārsili 2 Project was started in 2006 with 53 building plots in total. The pronounced relief of this location makes it possible to fulfil your wishes both as to construction of the house and landscaping the surroundings of the house. Buyers are offered the full range of utility networks - gas, sewerage, water, electricity, paved roads, and internet. At Ādaži Town, which is located nearby, there is well-developed infrastructure - schools, kindergartens, shops, a sports centre.
Currently, 29 building plots are offered for sale; active construction works are being carried out in the village.
