Bišumuiža – it means apartments with complete interior decoration in houses having only four floors and improved territory. You will feel much more comfortable than in multi-storey buildings and will spend less than in the case you would by a private house! The new low0rise residential house complex is located in Komētas Street, Riga, between Ziepniekkalna, Šautuves and Bauskas Streets. 17 four-floor houses; 14 apartments in each of the houses. The project is implemented in stages. Construction of the first stage – 4 houses – was started in October of 2005. Sale of apartments of the next 5 houses commenced in November of 2007. The apartments are sold including complete interior decoration. You can select one of two decoration alternatives.
